In order to retrieve your transfer request status you must provide the transfer school year and student's Hillsboro School District ID.

Transfer request decisions for the 2026-27 school year will be mailed to families by Friday, February 27.

Please note that for certain schools experiencing high or uncertain enrollment, a decision may not be possible by February 27. In those cases, families will be notified that their request is being held pending additional information on enrollment levels; a final transfer decision may not be made until later in the spring or summer.

If your transfer request cannot be accommodated or is otherwise denied, your child will be expected to attend their home school next school year based on your current residence.
